Mini Green House

Space being a premium in our cabin made finding this cute little green-house an ideal solution to starting seeds early. This works great in our “Carolina room” aka sun room,  the room is located on the north side of the house so it doesn’t get much winter sun. We used drawers out of the extra storage containers we had which make nice trays for the seed starter pots. We added a layer of bubble wrapping to three sides, then at night the light gets turned on to ensure our seeds stay warm and cozy in their beds.  We’ve planted Tomato, Bell Peppers, Anaheim Peppers, Egg Plant, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbages and some Zucchini seeds. We’ll be ready to start transplanting them outside on April 15.
